Join us for a transformative class each approximately 2 1/2 hours long designed to empower and prepare you for a calm, confident birth. This incredible course includes: proven, breathing techniques, powerful, visualization tools, self hypnosis training, comprehensive birth preparation, and creating a birth plan.
♥️lead by Candice a birth Doula with over 15 years of hands-on experience
And ✨clinical hypnotherapist with 500 hours of specialized training from a Florida state, licensed school. She is known for her intuitive approach and deep understanding of both birth and hypnosis. this class is set apart from others! sign up in the month of May and get over $200 off your “seat” price. Your seat is for two people you and your partner -or you and your birth Bestie. If you miss a class you may make this up if planned ahead of time, feel free to text to sign up too!

If you need to, you can pay per class, but you must arrange this ahead of time. You must also sign an agreement to come to all five classes.

What is class?

Hypnosis combined with childbirth education
Learn ⬇️
-Self hypnosis for labor
-Deeper connection with baby
-Comfort Measures for birthing
-Choosing a care provider and red flags to look for
-Hallmarks of Labor
-Breathing techniques for labor
-Physiologic birthing and mother direction
-Visualization practices to assist birthing
-Deepening techniques/ Hypno for “labor land”
-Breastfeeding information

Class also comes with “homework” or assignments to do in between likes videos and breathing practices
Optional; also Journal Exercises to prepare emotionally for birth.

⭐️⭐️Comes with the HypnoBirthing book and 2 recordings

5 total classes but we schedule 6
(In the event we need a make up day if the instructor is in a birth!)
The make up date is the next week if needed.

Partners are encouraged to attend
