What is class?
Hypnosis combined with childbirth education

-Deeper connection with baby
-Comfort Measures for birthing
-Choosing a care provider and red flags to look for
-Hallmarks of Labor
-Breathing techniques for labor
-Physiologic birthing and mother direction
-Visualization practices to assist birthing
-Deepening techniques/ Hypno for “labor land”
-Breastfeeding information
Class also comes with “homework” or assignments to do in between likes videos and breathing practices
Optional; also Journal Exercises to prepare emotionally for birth.

5 total classes but we schedule 6
(In the event we need a make up day if the instructor is in a birth!)
The make up date is the next week if needed.

Classes are usually from 6:30 to 8:30 sometimes they run to 9 PM
